iTunes - show all available podcast episodes

Hi,

Is there a way to force iTunes to show all available episodes of a podcast? This used to be possible with older versions of iTunes. ALso, in the iTunes Store, the podcast I want to subscribe to shows the old episodes. But: once I've subscribed, it only shows the single last episode, and no more than that....
