Itunes showing weird symbols and letters instead of english? Very confused

I just opened it and everything is in..weird letters and symbols...but the language is set to english I already checked, and reset, and restarted. Now I'm just frustrated. :[

I did search the forums and found others who had the same problem but I haven't found a proper solution yet.

Looks like Hebrew, or some strange form of Arabic.

What have you found so far?

i think it is fixable by uninstalling the itunes thing w/ the pref files and such. reinstall with the default pref file which should restore back to english.
EDIT: looked into itunes and saw that under the preferences, there is a little drop down menu for language. change to english. PROBLEM SOLVED!.

It's already in english, that doesn't seem to be the problem, I already uninstalled and reinstalled. Everything is still messed up. :[
