iTunes Silently Ignores Import

So I have some songs on a flash drive (no, I did not download them). Only one out of the two CDs will import. I have Googled and looked on MacRumors, to no avail. These songs will not import even if I click File->Import. There is no error and no indication that the song was even attempted to be entered into iTunes.

In the screenshot, I have detailed the song that will not import on the left and the song that will import on the right.

These songs both imported on my friend's iTunes.

Did you try dragging the songs from the flash drive to your internal drive and try importing from there? Also, I've seen some mp3 files that, for some reason, iTunes doesn't recognize. If you import them into Audacity or Max, you can convert them to a new mp3 that iTunes will recognize.
