iTunes since Apple Music

i have a MacBook Air 2011 and I can honestly say that since the update that included Apple Music, iTunes has run like a dog. Pretty much the whole thing hangs between clicks. Has anyone else noticed a issues with hanging and inoperability while using iTunes?

i have a MacBook Air 2011 and I can honestly say that since the update that included Apple Music, iTunes has run like a dog. Pretty much the whole thing hangs between clicks. Has anyone else noticed a issues with hanging and inoperability while using iTunes?

I noticed that it started taking a huge amount of memory and CPU time when I ran anything to do with Apple Music (their new radio stations, etc.).

I stopped using any of that and just switched to Spotify for music exclusively.
