iTunes skinz feeling the burn?

Hey.... anyone else out there think that the iTunes skins that currently are out there SUCK to high heaven? Anyone know of any good ones? Any ideas for a designer to stumble in here on and come up with the one that ppl will actually use and be glad they found it?
