Is it possible to play a movie, either downloaded from itunes, or simply and mp4 added to the library in slow motion or frame by frame. I know years ago one of the main advantages of quicktime over windows media player was that you could advance video with the left/right arrows in slow motion, or frame by frame. Is it possible to do that with itunes? every time I try using the left/right arrow, it just advances the movie, or tv show to the next movie or tv show.

1. Ctrl+Click on the video you wish to view
2. Select "Show in Finder"
3. Ctrl+Click on the file in finder
4. Select "Open with > Quicktime"

That should work.
