iTunes Slow Syncing (10.4)

Anyone else having issues with the "Determining tracks to sync" step in iTunes 10.4 taking several minutes compared to the 15-second time in 10.3.xx? I'm on Lion and my library is on a Syno NAS if that matters. I didn't try syncing before upgrading to 10.4 on Lion, so I'm not sure if the issue lies with Lion or iTunes.

No I haven't. I don't think the issue is 10.4 because the same library works fine on SL. So it must be a lion issue. Are you using a NAS or is it a local library?

It is a local library, and I'm having the same problem with iTunes 10.4 running on Leopard
