Can't add or edit a Smart Playlist. Can others try adding or editing a Smart Playlist and report back. I have BRed.
 
The dialog seems to be broken in 10.13 beta 2. Workaround if you have Apple Music: Sign in to iTunes on another machine and manage Smart Playlists there.
