iTunes Smart Playlist - "Not In Any Playlist"

Does anyone know if there is a simple way to create an iTunes Smart playlist that will show me all of my music tracks that are currently not in any other playlist?

I used to use two Doug's iTunes Scripts to do this (this one and this one), but neither seem to work any more with the latest version of iTunes (I am running iTunes 10.5 and OS X 10.7.2)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!
