I have Sound Check enabled in iTunes, and from what I've noticed over the years I've been building up my library, songs have generally gotten quieter and quieter. Some of the first songs I added are much louder than the most recent ones I've added. Are there any apps that will set all the songs to one level? Doing it manually would be like eating death, as I have almost 5k songs.

You could select all the songs you want to change (COMMAND-A maybe), then Get Info on these songs (COMMAND-I) and adjust the song volume from there. Whatever you select will apply to all songs selected. :)

I'd make a playlist of all the quiter ones and do what the jewish looney says, adjust the volume of the songs in that playlist in Get Info...
