Itunes spinning on ios apps

I'd like to organize my iphone apps with itunes, but the apps settings screen spins forever (see screenshot). I have the latest version of itunes, latest version of Yosemite, and latest version of ios (9.0.2) on my 6S+. This works fine on with myAir 2.

I've restarted the mac, restarted the phone, no help. Any idea what I could try?
