Hi, It shows me all the updates available for the application I do actually have, so I can download them but at the bottom it always has '9 iTunes Downloads Available' (See screenshot at bottom), This won't go away and it's really annoying, and when I click it i get all the apps I had months ago updating but I don't even have them anymore so why the hell would I want them?!?! (See 2nd screenshot)

Someone please tell me how to solve this and get rid of them!

You have to delete from phone as well as from your app library in itunes. If you just delete from phone it stays in itunes and will still be updated.
