Utopia
2 areas: 1) Windows---slow as Hell; 2) The iTunes store is so disorganized no matter what OS you are using.

I just gifted a song. I can't find a shopping cart or any way to pay for it and gift the song. Where's the shopping cart? Have latest version of iTunes.

iTunes needs some help--it has become so bloated. Apple better be careful or they will be the new Musicmatch!

And I used Musicmatch with my 5 GB Gen 1 iPod. Only choice then on Winblows!

There's something about running iTunes on a Windows machine that doesn't seem to justify complaint. I imagine many users of this forum will agree.

Anyone using a Microsoft product gets what they deserve ... end of story.

If you gifted the song, iTunes should have asked for your iTunes password. If you gave it, the gift has been charged to the credit card you have on file with iTunes. Check your email for the receipt.

Not working this way unfortunately. Didn't even ask to whom I want the gift the song to.

You've never tried running an Apple product on a Microsoft OS have you? It's one of the worst experiences in the world- far worse than running an MS product on OS X, or even going all Microsoft.

Yeah I am very familiar with Office for Mac and I hate it!
