Itunes stole my money....!

So I bought both versions of Jedi Mind Tricks On the Eve of war with my new touch, and a couple of weeks later the songs are gone, they aren't on my mac aren't in my itunes they're just gone, and I cant get them back, without paying for them again which I'm sure as hell not going to do.

If this is how itunes is going to treat me than I'm going to start downloading music illegally...

I've called apple support twice ended up waiting for 30 minutes both times and then had to go (apple support has gotten alot slower recently)...so I've tried but no resolution and frankly I just shouldn't have to...

Purchases Missing > Unable to locate purchases

Apple should respond fairly quickly.
