iTunes stopped recognizing iphone 5 iOS 7b3

Just stopped working. I felt like it worked right after but I just noticed doesn't see it over wifi or plugged in.

Phone works fine though. And I do have a developer account.

I don't understand why Apple hasn't updated iTunes yet to handle iOS 7 fully. Can't even add multiple apps to a folder without exceeding the old limit.

Any clue what I can do? If I put into dfu mode it would recognize a phone in recovery mode, but then can I get out of it without needing to restore??
