iTunes store and app store still down?

This is incredibly frustrating... restored my phone last night and since then have not been able to use it at all. It keeps trying to restore my apps from iCloud and prompts me to sign into iTunes, yet since iTunes is down I can't connect. Unfortunately, Apple's god damn cancel button dose not work and the message keeps popping up and OVER AND OVER again preventing me from using the phone for pretty much anything.

Is it down for everyone else or should I just do another restore?
