I bought a MacBook about 3 months ago, and ever since I've been unable to connect to the iTunes Store, use Genius or download album artwork. The problem is only on my Mac, and my old Dell (both have iTunes 8.02) works just fine. When I click on either the iTunes Store or Genius, it highlights the title, but still displays the playlist I had been viewing. iTunes will search for album artwork, but will never find any, and the artwork I had is now gone. I can't even add artwork from other sources. Other than that, everything seems to be working fine. Any ideas?
