Itunes Store Cannot Connect

For some reason my iTunes store will not connect to the internet. I cannot update my phone or view the store. This si very frustrating. Clearly I am connected to the internet. I tried rebooting and reinstalling iTunes.. same result.

Anyone have suggestions?
