iTunes Store -- Can't Download Phase!

When I add the game to my shopping cart, it does not have a "Buy Game" button by it. Instead, a "View" button is there and when I click it, I get the message...

The item you've requested is not currently available in the U.S. store.



Also, I can't remove the game from my cart!

What gives??

Weird. I switched off the shopping cart option in preferences, went back to the Phase page and it let me buy the song just fine.

Switched shopping cart back on, and Phase is still there with the View button. Still can't remove it.


This is with version 7.5 on Windows XP, by the way.
