Resolved iTunes store can't log on

I tried to change my country from my Apple ID because the US store has SO MANY free stuff, unlike Mexican store which gives us only 1 free song a week!!

now I realize that it can't be done! and now if I go to iTunes store on my iPad and tap on Music, Movies or TV Shows an error messages shows up saying "Your request couldn't be completed" (or something like that) and I can't change the country back to Mexico (on my iPad)... therefore I can't download anything (on my iPad).

Edit

I restored the iPad without any backup (iCloud or PC)... just as a brand new device.
