itunes store connection

For some reason, although i can connect to the internet, for some reason it says, cannot connect, make sure your network connection is active. Any reason why this is happening?

Likely you have your firewall active, and it is not letting the port iTunes uses to be opened.

i dont think thats it, because it worked like just yesterday.
also , it works with my ipod
