iTunes Store Down?

Is the iTunes store down for anyone else? I thought it might be something with my iTunes so I reinstalled it but I still can't access the store.

It's not down for me, but it's ridiculously slow! So slow that sometimes the server is timing out, and my podcasts are taking way too long to download. 15+ minutes for 20 mb? Over an hour for 85 mb?

Very frustrating.

Very slow here too. I can access some stuff but then it slows down completely.

Could it be from people updating their iPhone 3G's?

Yeah mine says "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. The network connection timed out." It's very frustrating.

Ditto here, took me 4 or 5 attempts to update CC info. Been trying to view some videos and getting time outs and just very slow respons time.

Yeah, I've been having a lot of trouble accessing random artists, it times out with an error. No clue why. Guess everyone started spontaneously downloading something.
