iTunes Store Down?

anybody else have trouble signing into the itunes store today? i keep getting the error message "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The network connections was reset."

i tried signing on another computer but still saying the same thing. i'm hoping that i'm not the only one having this problem.

I have been trying to buy an app for the last 10 minutes. It takes all the information, but doesn't download the app. Then itunes displays 'Accessing iTunes Store' and just keeps hanging there.

oh man and i thought I was having the only bad luck. Just rented a movie, and started to watch it, but crapped out while verifying
