OK... Someone please tell me how to watch a movie preview?... I push preview, the :|"LOADING" window pops up, churns a while, the preview screen pops up.. black. Nothing else. also, last time I downloaded a movie from the store, it took 14 HOURS. Any suggestions? I have DSL and just tested the speed.. looks great...

iTunes has been having download issues since the holidays due to lots of new users who received iPods or iTunes gift certificates -- the bandwidth issues could be due to the site being bogged down with customers.
