iTunes store purchased music doesnt work on iPhone

Hi guys

Bought an album today off iTunes, finished downloading, synced it to my iPhone, and when I try and play songs from it on the iPhone, it makes like a 3 tone beep and skips to the next tracks?

Also, for some reason, on iTunes some of the tracks are displayed in cover flow as an unknown album, and some aren't?

Should have just gone to the piratebay...

Any ideas?
