iTunes Streaming Problem

I just reinstalled Windows XP on my PC, without a hitch. I went to reinstall itunes, but whenever I try to stream music from the RADIO, from any of the stations offered, it will not play now. My internet connection looks normal, but I'm wondering if it has something to do with Service Pack 2 being installed now, or a firewall through windows xp? Help !
