iTunes style Finder navigation Bar - is this a 3rd party app?

Hi all,

Look at the attached image - see the iTunes style nav bar and other icons around the window. Is this a 3rd party app? Does anyone know what it is and does it work with Leopard?

Looks like Path Finder, which is Leopard compatibile.
