Just run across something new, to me, at least.
I have an ongoing problem with an iBooks purchase, so I sent in a support request which was duly acknowledged. I got another e-mail with instructions on how to try to fix the problem, with a request to respond by e-mail as to whether or not it worked.
So far so good. I'm using Office Outlook Web Access, but no matter what I do it will not allow me to 'reply' to the apple support e-mail. It almost looks to be treating the e-mail as an image and not enabling the reply function for some reason. I can't reply, copy, paste, or forward the message, so I had to type it all out again which triggered another polite response, asking for another e-mail back if the suggested actions didn't fix it ( they didn't)
OE Web Access has a feature blocker that you have to enable each time you want to permit a message to display anything other than text, but that won't run either, and since I can't forward the e-mail I can't send it to a non-Outlook e-mail to try it there.
Not been able to find anything about this particular issue online either.
