itunes Sync

2 Questions:

1. How do I get music (on home imac) onto my iphone that is syncing with an exchange server (work)?

2. I have a 16 gig iP4 and I have a 44 gig music library, how do I just download certian songs or playliats to the phone?

iTunes will have a music tab which lets u pick what artist/album/playlist u want to sync.
