iTunes Sync

HI all

Not really used Itunes at all since the new refreshed version came out. Where can i see my device on itunes as I used to before. I want to enable wifi sync, i cannot seem to find this at all on itunes. I have my iphone connected to itunes. I also downloded a podcast on itunes on my mba. I think i remember pressing a button saying share on all my ios devices. however not getting that podcast on my iphone 5. Anyone help please?

If you want to see the stuff that used to be on the left (devices, music, etc), click View then Show Sidebar. I think iTunes is much more useful with this not hidden.
