It wont let me sync my iPhone 5S. Everytime when I'm trying to sync something it says, "this pc doesnt have permitions". Okey, then I go to account, authorize this pc. Everything went fine. But again, as soon as I'm trying to sync it gives me the same message. Just can figure this one out. Any tips?

When you first plugged in your device into iTunes, did you hit 'Trust' on your device?
Because you are using a PC, I'm assuming you mean windows, so try resetting sync history.
