I have a iTunes with 82GB of Music/Videos synced with my 160 Classic. I plan on buying a 16GB iPod touch. When I connect this to my computer will I be able to sync songs from my iTunes, since it already has the library associated with the 160? I would like to be able to select maybe 200 CD's and move them to the iPod touch, is this possible? I guess I am just confused as I would like to be about to use both devices with my iTunes collection.

Yes, you can sync as many ipods as you want, no problem. Each will have its own sync settings. Sounds like in your case, the best thing to do would be to make a playlist containing just what you want on the touch (you've got 14.84 GB to work with) and then sync only that playlist.
