So I have two computers-a dell laptop and a mac pro and both are authorized for my itunes store account.

My question is this-is there any way to start a download on one computer, stop it and start it again on a different computer from the same spot-I ask because last night i was downloading something on my mac but it didnt finish when I had to close itunes but when I tried to "re-start it" from the laptop it didnt resume from the same place even though I did a check for purchases. Could I copy the downloaded files from the mac to the laptop and download it that way??

thanks

I don't know where iTunes stores its temporary files. In theory, you might be able to if you put the file in the exact right place, however neither I (nor a quick Google) knows where that place is.

well unofortunately it didnt work so i decided to just start fresh on the laptop-i have a job a place where i will be able to get it much, much faster than I can get it at home so i will just download them there

thanks
