iTunes taking an AGE to access the store for app updates

This is has been getting progressively worse all week. What srtarted off as a 2 second check to see what apps are available for updating, now takes an unlimited amount of time. It won't let me load the page!

The app store itself is fine though.

Am I the only one with this problem?

Pretty sure it's having some troubles.

Definitely an age though, possibly closer to an eon. I can see the apps that need updating but I can't download them, just get the black and white barber pole and Accessing iTunes Store.

Ah so it's a system wide problem...

I guess we'll have to wait till they get it fixed then

Yeah, I am having same problem. Either a new bug in iTunes or the entire world is accessing updates as we speak.

Sadly, I vote for the bug in iTunes.
