Who else agrees that itunes should have like different color themes or u can download like artist themes or song themes so u can have a unique iTunes.🙂:apple:
 
You can. Download Shapeshifter and you can customise a lot of the GUI.
If you get hold of ThemePark to you can create your own themes.
