iTunes trying to sync over 1tb data with my iPhone 13 error

So I have backed up my phone on iTunes for years and years but lately when I try - this -

Why is it saying this as nothing on the left column is ticked...I admit this is on a 2012 classic Mac Pro but up to the last month it has been fine.... I have just got a 512gb 14 Max Pro so I will backup to the cloud anyway when I transfer over but its super annoying.....

I have an M1 MacBook Pro so might try to back up to that later and see what it does...

Actually a bit of googling says it could be the iCloud drive - so switched that off on the phone and rebooted iTunes and its back to normal....
