iTunes U Coming to Mavericks?

Apple announced that iBooks is coming to the new Mac OS, but what about iTunes U? I've been waiting for it to come to mac for awhile now.
 
While the videos are available through the iTunes application, other functions built into the iOS application are not (e.g. in app note taking).
