iOS ITunes U -iPhone development videos won't download?

Anyone else finding that they get 403'd (won't download) when they try to download videos from iPhone Development Essential Videos on iTunes U?

I had the same problem when I tried downloading a few weeks ago. There are three Apple iPhone courses, two of them download okay but the third one gives a 403 error.

I am having the same problem, except I don't even get the 403 error. Nothing happens.

It's working for me now. Yesterday I managed to download the files without any problems.
