Good afternoon guys.

I'll tell you the whole story - sorry if it's a little bit long, but you need to get the jist of what's happened here!

I seem to be having some trouble with my iTunes account.
I have 'use a shopping cart' turned on in my iTunes & I've had a video sitting in there for a day or so, and I also purchased a song today. When I tried to buy the downloads I got a message saying 'unable to check for purchases error -5002', and the tracks vanished from my cart - so I went to add them again, but it said that they have already been purchased & were pending. So I went into my account & clicked on the download now button, in the pending download section. Once again I got the -5002 error.

I've turned shopping cart off, to 1 click & I tried to buy another track, which I hoped would prompt the other 2 to download, the track I bought downloaded fine, without a problem - but the other 2 are still in the pending basket. I've toggled the shopping cart/1 click option on & off, and I keep getting the same error code.
I've restarted iTunes many times & they simply won't download.

I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem, or if anyone can suggest anything to help?

Thanks in advance!

*Edit* I've also now tried to download a song without shopping cart on, (e.g. 1 click) & it says the same error code -5002 but says that i cannot purchase it, error with the music store. Hmm :S
