I wish to uninstall iTunes 11 and re-install iTunes 10.7 for Windows. I wanted to know if I do uninstall this software, if my iTunes Media folder will still be retained?

did you backup your itunes library beforehand? if not then it wont be backwards compatible

check your itunes folder for archived / automatically added backup versions of the library .ITL file
