iTunes Update Applications

Ok so I manage my mums iPhone on my iMac and since updating to iTunes 9 I keep getting the 2 updates are available but there isn't any. It started as 1 for the last couple of weeks and now just then it has jumped up to two. Is there anyway of getting rid of it? Also I have already reinstalled iTunes 9 to see if it would go away and it didn't.

Umm.. I think the images are attached hopefully :confused:
