iTunes update not installing on OS X 10.7.4?

Hi,

I've been away from my computer for a couple of weeks and since I plan on installing Mountain Lion tomorrow, I ran the System Updater.
Everything downloaded and installed fine except iTunes.

The installer displayed the following message:

Even after rebooting and rechecking for updates, the same error popped up.

Could it be that the newer iTunes version isn't compatible with Lion anymore.
I'm currently running 10.7.4.
