Right i have the iTunes 10.1 GM beta from a while ago and now it says that it will expire in 108 hours of sumtin. So i want to update to the official current one.

To do that, can i just download iTunes from apple's site and install from the DMG like normal? And if i were to do it that way, will it replace my current itunes (with all of the data and apps and music); so will my apps get deleted if i try and install iTunes again from the DMG file from Apple?

Or do i have to click Check for Updates within' iTunes? - because i can't do that due to the fact that it says i've got the current version (which i have 10.1 beta).

Any queries? Cheers.

Download it from the Apple website and install through the DMG. It is the only way to do it. :)
