When I connect iphone to Itunes, I noticed Itunes automatically upgrades Pandora 3.1.4 to 3.1.7. How do I stop that from updating automatically? I want to stay on 3.14. Thanks.

Delete the Pandora app from the Apps section of your iTunes. It won't have anything to update to then.

Whenever there's an update for Pandora, itunes always asks me if I want to update. Unless I've already d/l the update in itunes prior to connection, that should be the case with you.
