Apple Music iTunes uploads

How can I tell (either/or from iMac, Windows PC with iTunes, iPhone or iPad) which albums/songs in my Apple Music library are the ones that I have personally uploaded with iTunes? I've uploaded some, only those that are N/A from Apple, from my Windows PC with iTunes and want to find them in my library. I see a few in the "Downloaded" in iTunes on the Windows PC but not all of them.

Make sure that all of your devices have Sync Library turned on and signed in with the same Apple ID that you use with Apple Music. If your music library is stored on your computer, check the cloud status of songs to find missing music and resolve issues.
