Itunes using 100% CPU for sync

Anyone having issues with new itunes? I just restored my iphone 4, and am now putting songs, photos, etc, back on to the device. MY cpu usage is at about 85-92% with itunes using it all. CPU temp got to 99c before I noticed what was going on!
