iTunes video preview buffer broken

The iTunes buffer for downloading video previews is broken. The video clips appear to download, and the position selector shows that there is a 30-second clip loaded, but nothing can be played. I can preview audio clips, but the videos aren't working anymore. :confused: I'm using iTunes v.7.6.1.
