iTunes videos not playing.

My new Apple TV will not play most of my purchased iTunes videos. This includes both over Air Play and when streaming from my PC. Sometimes a video will play and sometimes the same movie won't if I try a few minutes later, and this is just using Air Play. When attempting to stream from the Computers section on Apple TV it either tries to load for a couple of minutes and then gives up or it quickly says that I neef to go on iTunes on my PC and authorize the content. And all my iTunes content is authorized and plays on the PC. My home movies and puchased iTunes music play perfectly ovet Air Play and Computer streaming. iTunes, the Apple TV, and my iPhone are all up to date. The location I'm actually using the Apple TV at doesn't currently have any internet, but I have taken all of my components to another house with internet and set up Home Sharing on the PC and Apple TV. I'm using a Linksys WRT54G wireless router.
