Itunes Viva La Vida problem?

After uploading from a physical copy of Viva La Vida, itunes keeps telling me the album art can't be found and I'm not sure why. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to remedy it? I know it sounds stupid but I can't just download any image and use it I need the real one.

I had the same problem if you change the name of the album to "Viva La Vida or Death And All His Friends" then it finds the artwork
