The previous version of iTunes with the App Store seems to not be compatible with Mojave. Anyone else figure out a work around or should I let this go?

Hope so. It was such a mess that it turned me off iTunes.

The new iTunes with Dark Mode and the new App Store are much more attractive.

Would also be great if I could purchase or rent a movie directly from Spotlight or asking Siri.

The iMazing program added some iTunes app management functions (install to device, download from device, check for updates/download updates). But, $40.

Otherwise, guessing the old versions of iTunes will be obsolete, even if hack for Mojave, when iOS 12 rolls out.

True. I will miss being able to update my Apps from within iTunes though. Time to move on though.

I really loved seeing the apps and purchasing them from my laptop before downloading them to my iDevices. Right now, as Affinity is running a 30% promotion, I cannot take advantage of it because I do not have my iPad now. Fortunately, I have a 2011 MBP running High Sierra, with iTunes 12.6.4 installed that features the App Store and I can buy it.

I would not like to have this nifty feature go away for any reason. There should be an app for that on the Mac! :p
